The medicine wheel is a living, breathing wisdom keeper. Its origin is found in several Native American tribes. Similar  creations are also found in other cultures from other areas of the world. Among many things, it marks the 7 directions, seasons, elements, and their relationship with the creator. A medicine wheel can represent a lifetime, a year, a day, or a moment in time. We come to the wheel to honor spirit, co-create sacred space, ask for guidance and healing, and to offer prayer, gratitude and blessings.

One could spend a lifetime studying and working with the medicine wheel. This workshop is offered as both an entry point for those new to the wheel and, for those who are more familiar, an opportunity to deepen their journey with this sacred creation and it's beautiful and powerful spirit.
