Tibetan Acupressure Compassionate Touch (TACT) is an ancient system of reflexive pressure point healing, which accesses the body’s natural corrective energies in order to bring balance to the body as a whole.
The reflex points are found within the four main maps of the body, the feet, hands, head and shoulder blades. These points are directly related to all of the body systems and internal organs as well as the meridian pathways. The practitioner of Tibetan Acupressure applies rapid finger pressure to specific reflex points resulting in a restorative effect in the body and encouraging an increase in energy and relaxation.
The recipient remains clothed and seated upright in a chair. The focus, breath, and intent of the practitioner are additional dynamics used in the system; these contribute to the overall vitality of the healing experience.
An entire Tibetan Acupressure Compassionate Touch (TACT) classical treatment takes 50 minutes to 1 hour. The system is subtle, profound and especially efficient at eliminating pain and restoring a sense of well-being to the client.
"Distance Tibetan Acupressure Healing: I received distance healing from Gina during a difficult viral infection. I was open to receive the energy and that is exactly what happened. I could feel a shift in my physical body, but also in my energetic and emotional bodies. A very pleasant and unexpected benefit of the treatment was an alleviation of chronic pain in my back and hip. I fully believe that the healing work performed healed an emotional trigger for a number of issues. I highly recommend Gina, for all those ready for core level energy work. It has proven transformative for me. " ~ Holly
"Gina has been a student and friend for many years. Her skills as a Tibetan Acupressure- Compassionate Touch practitioner shone from the first moment she laid hands on people in my class. Where her true skills showed up was in my Creating a Healing Field workshop which employs medical intuition and languaging for manifestation. It was then that I saw her path as a healer really show up. Her intuition and compassion for others allows her to skillfully open doors and provide safety for others stepping onto the path of self-healing and also for those learning to work with others as a healer. Gina does not stop learning. With skill, joy and humor she continually works to expand and learn from her guides and masters and surrenders to what’s next. It is a privilege to participate with her evolution as she establishes her mastery." ~ Rae Hatherton ND Founder of Tibetan Acupressure Compassionate Touch Toronto, Canada
