Fear can serve us well.  It also has a way of stopping us in our tracks.  Some fear protects while other fear limits.  This workshop focuses on your commitment to explore fear and how to best utilize it in your personal evolution for growth, empowerment, and discovery.  We'll work to identify inherited ancestral fears that have been carried forward and also explore those fears we've adopted in this lifetime.  Through the journeying process, you will confront  fear in a safe and sacred way, come to understand the basis for specific fears, and explore how to best transform fear into an energy for healing and change.
