Each of us has experienced life challenges, illness, accidents and traumas which have deeply impacted us and our ability to bring the power of our personal medicine into being. From a shamanic perspective, these are the initiations of our lives.
Shamanic healing involves the balancing of ones energy by either restoring what has been lost or removing what no longer serves. It is always done with permission and always supports your highest and best.

As a shamanic practitioner, I work cooperatively with both you and Spirit to assist you in facilitating your healing. We work in partnership to identify areas of imbalance, create sacred space for healing to occur, and to put into action strategies for maintaining balance forward. Through this process, you are empowered as a full participant in integrating your healing and stepping into your full personal power.

What does a session look like?
You can expect to be welcomed into a safe and sacred space dedicated to healing. Time is provided for you to be heard and for me to explain any direction I may have received from Spirit. Through the session, you will be seated in a chair or lying on a massage table and always fully clothed. Rattling, drumming and chimes may be used to raise vibration and assist the practitioner in their (journeying?) process. The practitioner may include the use of crystals, feathers, and herbs. Time for processing, grounding and a plan for integration forward is always part of the session wrap-up.

Can shamanic healing be done distantly?
Absolutely. This work is done by intention and isn't limited by time and space.
