While not a religion, Shamanism is a sacred way of life. It is a spiritual practice that requires discipline, commitment and integrity. It is also a magical path that continuously inspires awe. Through this work, we develop deep relationships with and reverence for spirit, this Earth, and all of her beings.

In the beautiful practice of shamanism, we strive to be the hollow bone. What does that mean? The "hollow bone" refers to the clear channel through which spirit can communicate with and through us. It is also the channel through which spirit delivers healing. By working to become the hollow bone, we become messengers of the divine. 

​In this workshop, we will explore the tradition of embodying the hollow bone, come to understand ways we can more fully embrace this energy, and also come to understand the powerful significance bones play in the way of shamanism.
