Each of us is a divine being who comes into this world with unique energy, gifts and purpose. These giftings are what's known as our personal  medicine. In shamanism, our medicine is meant to be carried in sacred service. To do so, one must uncover their medicine, nurture it fully, and willingly gift it to the world. In these times of change and distraction, walking in the full power of our personal medicine is more important than ever.

In this workshop we will explore the nature of our medicine through journey work, honor it fully, and also create a personal medicine bag. Such bags have been carried by many indigenous people and are intentionally co-created with spirit. Together, we will honor the origins and history of these sacred creations and work to fully empower them as well as fully empower our own personal medicine.
